Salad® School” on October 21, 2016.
Mitsuki Moriyasu, the food style designer and creator of "Vegedeco Salad®", the new
shape of salad that completely looks like a decorated cake; starts her "Vegedeco
Salad® School" on October 21, 2016.
"Vegedeco Salad®" is made with sponge cake made of Japanese traditional kōji and
domestic soy flour and beautifuly uses the natural colors of vegetables for more fun.
At the "Vegedeco Salad® School", the food style designer, Mitsuki Moriyasu gives a
cooking demonstration where she also gives advice about design and decoration's
technique in order to enable participants to cook their own "Vegedeco Salad®" at home.
For the first time, let's enjoy cooking this innovative salad's conception “Vegedeco
Salad®”.
